It's always a lovely visiting Dirty Fork. I enjoy the sweet and professional staff both in and out of the kitchen. Prices are reasonable and it's delicious. I try and stop by for breakfast after my morning park walk with my dog, then o drop her off the groomer which is located in the same Plaza. My go to meal eat and every time is the Egg Benedict with Salmon and Avocado, yes I know fancy right . A good Cup of Coffee and freshly squeezed Orange Juice. The atmosphere is always chill, feels like I am visiting friends and get to feel comfortable while I dine in. Just some feedback: please reconsider your napkin choice, I know times are tough, but you can always got to the Dollar Tree to get some decent napkins. Thank You for considering changing back to your previous napkins or something bigger and/or better. Parking is ample and there a good variety of businesses here so I can get a lot done in one place. If you haven't tried this place yet, we'll give it a try.

Great local breakfast spot. Got the breakfast burrito with a generous fruit portion, and the Big island Breakfast with Portuguese sausage. Great service, very kind waitress, clean. Deserves more business, if you can stop by!

Rosa was AWESOME!!!! Ordered the Dirty Mixer, it was perfect . 2 eggs cooked your way a choice of 2 slices of bacon or sausage and 1 freshly prepared pancake . Entered the restaurant with only one other table and when I left half the place was filled and Rosa was calm cool and collected. Rosa didn't break a sweat waiting on everyone and making you feel at home and treating you like you were the only customer in the place. I will definitely return to this hidden gem in Las Vegas. The location is easy in and out with tons of parking for a Sunday brunch. A new spin on classics.
